BUTCHERY
The Longhorn Farmshop specialises in traditional Longhorn beef sourced from the Brookfield Herd at Cuckoo Hill Farm. The cattle is grass fed and slow grown right here on the farm. We pride ourselves on practising traditional butchery methods and also offer pork, lamb and poultry.
